Of course, you can just redefine words. I could call it a game, but everyone else wouldn’t, so it wouldn’t make any sense to use “game” for cheerleading.
Any kind of physical activity that involves competition can be a sport! It’s just that some sports are not officially recognized by big entertainment corporations!
I wouldn’t call cheerleading a sport, that would be like calling ballet dancing a sport.
PLUS, do you know that cheerleading is actually WAY MORE DANGEROUS than ANY other sport played by female athletes??! Those concussions after a mighty fall from the pony pyramid are NO joke and it’s up to YOU to make sure these ladies don’t end up mentally damaged after retirement or being transported on a stretcher to the hospital!
