That looks like a philodendron. It’s toxic, but probably not enormously so. Certain wild species are used for arrow poison or fishing poisons, but domestic species are much less so. If she eats very much of it, she’s looking at a sore, swollen throat and lips, an inability to swallow easily or speak well for a while and probably a massive gut-ache with diarrhea. This is caused by the needle-fine calcium oxalate crystals the plant possesses. She won’t eat very much because it’s going to be like chewing fiberglass, so her symptoms will probably resolve on their own. It’s a mistake she’s not liable to make twice.
 
Unless she has horgans, in which case she’s liable to be fine, and she’ll probably think tobacco makes a tasty snack.
