Sounds like you may need some sleeping pills or some expert help at this point.

I cant sleep bcs of anxiety, I keep thinking of something, and it kinda haunts me, if I’m not thinking about it, I can sleep good u3u
Try to sleep in a totally dark room with no screens on, and if you have to (like I do), cover your alarm clock with something to block out even that light. Maybe buy some blackout curtains.
Hmm… What if everyone one of your followers gave you a hug all at once? Would that fix your sleep problem :3
I could drink coffee like 3 mugs a day and still sleepy, I’m just lacking sleep
