The top panels that are cut off show Cosmos once Spike has devoured all her star fragment and destroyed her power. Without her power sources, she can’t even hold her fused form together, and all the trouble she caused using the Princesses, Zecora, and Big Mac as extensions of herself are undone as they are freed from her body and restored to normal.
 
Then Discord makes it clear Cosmos is through threatening anyone ever again once he goes Ghostbusters on her and traps her.
