Description
I commissioned this a while ago, thought it would be good.

No here’s the thing, the artist never posted an unwatermarked version on DA, and she forgot the picture even existed until recently and then posted it. I confused it for a picture I thought I commissioned nearly 3 years ago.
And I’m not joking I’ve got 2 commissions from 2012 which still haven’t been completed.
Erm, this one’s smaller than the other version already on here
Is this an updated one?
and i hat being in a crowd and then realize im not the person they looking for, some one has my face….
Kittenseitz does seem to have a really bad case of wannabe-Barbie sameface, sure?
Und du bist immer noch eine lästige spammer.
Yes, there is a single anon that likes to moan about JJ and Glanco’s art, especially on art that isn’t actually theirs.
Deja ya, eh? Lo que vas haciendo lo llamamos aqui “spam”, y cansa. Se que te arde que halla artistas populares por alli sueltos, pero madura un poco, hombre.
I have no idea. I’m the commissioner.
Cool
Actually, unless there was some special arrangement with the person who commissioned the piece she definitely shouldn’t be putting her watermark on it. Generally when you buy a commission you own the resulting art and it’s up to you what to do with it. The artist doesn’t get to keep on selling copies of it without your explicit permission.
Given that the person who commissioned it has uploaded a watermark free version here >>206102 I doubt there was any such arrangement. Also, I read through her commission info and there wasn’t any mention of her keeping the copyright on commissioned works.
A good analogy would be if Lauren Faust started selling bootleg copies of MLP DVDs. She created it but she was under contract from Hasbro so they still own all the rights to it.

Oh well, you commissioned the pic; it’s your right to do whatever you want with the art once it’s completed. Thanks for showing us the true unwatermarked version.
