Griffon at large
At first glance, I thought of this as merely a color swap between them. That cutie mark could be a recolored version of RD’s, after all. (But personally I’d have rainbowed all the headfeathers and tail tuft.)

@Psychopomf, when are people gonna get it through their heads that Gilda never got violent with anypony in this episode? She yelled alot, yes, but at least half the recurring cast has thrown even bigger tantrums than her by now.
