Pinkie can inflate herself at any given time, inflate a balloon with more air than a normal pony has, and has a high pitched voice. I’d say she definitely has iron helium lungs. She could probably blow a flugelhorn or whistle for hours and not get tired.

Speaking of which, why haven’t they made Pinkie a referee yet? With her high energy, she’d be perfect, if only after blowing her whistle as loudly as possible.
