Smolder doesn’t look haggard and malnourished enough to be a hooker. Thankfully.
1000% agree. It’s fine for sake of a gag, but wearing that permanently… It gives me chills. It looks more like something between a drag queen and a stereotypical prostitute.

Easing up on the blush would be enough. The eyeshadow and lipstick are perfectly fine.
It’s kinda like when you’re dreaming, and then you’re suddenly surrounded by your classmates and realize you’re naked and they all laugh. Except Smolder doesn’t hide her nudity, so the tree found another insecurity. I tell you man, that Tree of Harmony is a sadistic birch!

Smolder has shown us HOW girly dragon females can actually be when given the chance, it’s just that the hard lifestyle of the dragons doesn’t let them show it off.
No, that’s still being shown here. Smolder keeps her “girly side” well-hidden and only brings it out in her dreams, apparently. Unfortunately, this is a shared dream, which for Smolder means it’s a nightmare.
You have to; you need to be assertive, aggressive, and show no signs of warmth or caring. Showing any of the typical signs of kindness will be seen as weakness and you’ll be taken advantage of.
That is the dragon creed and something josh haber was too stupid to remember properly.
To us their behavior looks tomboyish, but in dragon culture they’re the definition of femininity.
Given the usual relations between dragons and princesses in legend, I think Smolder’s going to have one heck of an identity crisis someday.
