Not sure how I feel about this. I kind of liked having it be consistent that Rarity couldn’t do that kind of magic. But then again, I guess gathering together your magical energy and shooting it out to hurt something isn’t really all that specialized a spell when you get down to it (assuming it even counts as a spell).
