Pinkie Pie shares other traits with people who have microcephaly, giving off a similar vibe. Also microcephalic heads have been described as, “bird like,” and Pinkie once dressed as a chicken, on the same night Spike was a dragon.

Applejack’s pretty much the smartest pony in the show, and Pinkie’s head is the same size as every other mare with that body design. And if Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash have autism, then they should be proud of it.
