G5 spoiler alert! That whatever-it-is (it’s actually an grootslang) it’s made after some character designs for the G5. Those creatures live with the dragons(the dominate race in this dimension) in a neon city.

This Grootslang was the one who was described as a sorta combination of character traits from “Tyrion Lannister and Kylo Ren” and is the one who basically is trying to recruit Spike(An Oliver type character, in Neon City) to a group he has joined called “The Children of Luna”, the Grootslang believes that they have much in common, they are both small, underappreciated by their races, and that Luna can create a perfect universe by using the World Tree.
