But yeah, While I’m doubtful of how well Equestria-Crossed would have gone (It having Jitters involved after all.), It probably would have been a lot better then this shit. Then again, Literally anything is!

It overstayed it’s welcome, It outlived: The Doctor who Hype, The actual 12th Doctor, Discord time as a villain, Twilight’s time as a normal Unicorn, other edgy Tumblr blogs, Tumblr’s own life cycle, and now the Ponies themselves.
 
For fuck’s sake, Even Steven Universe has better pacing than this shit! (Also helps that, Y’know, SU is actually a good show with decent writers)
 
Let’s just stick with Ask Jappleack and The Pony.MOV series. cuz somehow they did everything this blog tired (And Failed) to do and Excelled at it!

That would resolve the plot…but Jitters has to extend everything SOMEHOW so they can continue having something as boring, cliched, and edgy than a shitty artsy movie trying to be angsty.

Can we also acknowledge the fact that the whole series could have been over by now if the Doctor stopped blaming Derpy for everything!
 
Like seriously, he says how everyone should leave him alone, but with Derpy she’s the bad guy? Even when he’s Undiscorded (For like 5 secs) he never stops to think, “Maybe It wasn’t Derpy’s fault she ran off” But no, Any mention of her Rediscords him…What a dick.

I get that, but it just feels so dumb and a bit of a weird direction to go from a cutesy slice of life to “Let’s see how I can fuck up Twilight Sparkle because Jitters ruined her two with Miss Twilight Sparkle!”.

How the hell did Discorded Whooves get the reputation it has when it’s story is as crappy and repetitive, cliched as fuck, always destroys progress ala “10th Doctor erases Donna’s memories”, and shoves in a pointless grim dark version of Twilight. Like I’m fine with grimdark/sad takes of the cast, but not into the extent of boring emo tropes!
 
And FUCK THAT DISCORD TOO, especially now with the show making him a likable secondary character.

most of the start plays up the whole “we basicly feeding of misery of humanity for over a 1000” but also somehow managed to settle down and have a billon kids even though we needed the stones to have kids even though they’re basicly humans with magic powers but also now that the stones are gone they can go home cuz [insert convolution here] ect.
 
also the whole aria x sunset thing was fucking retarded.

The actual plot is like a Circle of events.
 
Edgey wangest for 20 posts-> something happens -> actual Character development -> Actual progress -> Asspulls happen that revert everything back to square 1, meaning all the scenes of Development and progress are now pointless and the whole “Arc” was for nothing -> Edgey wangest for 20 posts
 
Then eventually Add in foreshadowed events that never happened or were cancelled, Post per months being reduced more and more…to only like 2 post per months now, a bunch of alt-blogs that haven’t updated in years (Including the Twilight one jitters forced into the story) Or prevent the main one from updating, Filler and Padding (cuz that’s what a blog that should have ended years ago needs right?), year long hiatus and you have Discord whooves…How did this last for 7 years again?
 
 
…Honestly, I’m surprised this blog isn’t the go-to example of How NOT to make a Ask Blog.

That’s another thing. I’m not expert in spoting who is the artists and who is the writer so i dont know who it was exacly but the attitude they showed toward any little complain was so toxic that i unfollowed all their blogs long ago. I had enough of my dash being spammed with them asking for money because “fill blank with a problem” and then another “hiatus” and then telling fans that they are not entitled to anything. Sure we are not “entitled to anything” but if you promise something and then break that promise several times then complan at people reminding you of it or asking for updates then you’re just being a dick…

well at least MS ended but now his new dazzling thing just isn’t as good. mostly cuz he keeps going back and forth on wither or not the dazzlings are assholes or woobies.

There was plenty of slice of life in that Christmas after the wedding. But some left and never came back just because of the fantasy elements in the wedding.
 
Anyway, it never made sense to me to complain about the mix of slice of life and fantasy elements when FiM itself is like that.

I felt the same way too. I really was interested in CROSSED - Equestria, even reading up on the CROSSED comic’s lore only for updates to go slow and slow until it finally just kneel over and died. And I get that they were all super busy and such, but it’s pretty sad nothing was done with it. I actually even ranted about it here (and unfairly blaming Jitters, as I’ll admit) on this site, only to be snarked off by one of the artists for daring to be pissed off.
