actually my implications for “fluffy boi” are a character(usually male) who is extremely fluffy and adorable and may or may not be gay or bi…  
that tag is reserved for Ralsei(the deltarune character who invented the term) and characters of equal or greater “fluffy boi factor” also why do you really care about whether a tag like fluffy boi is proper when Gallus here CLEARLY deserves the honor of being a fluffy boi… plus given that “boi” implies being a member of LGBT I think Gallus fits I mean HAVE YOU SEEN gallbar? people love to depict Gallus as gay or bi

We’ve already got the fluffy and male tags, which together cover the extent of your tag. Also, I don’t think “boi” is really proper for a tag like this. However, if the mods think your tag could be useful, they could set it to imply those two tags.
