I really did it out of spite in this shipping war between ShadTwi (Shadow X Twilight) vs. ShadSet (Shadow X Sunset Shimmer). “Stop pairing Shadow with Sunset Shimmer, or else.” I ended up triggering ShadSet supporters instead of discouraging them and breaking their morale as intended.
 
Given that TheInsaneDarkOne does gore and ryona (fetish of beating up or killing female characters), he was chosen to draw this. He doesn’t mind the reception as he considers the reactions to be first-world problems. Admittedly, he is tired of his repeated content and wants to go move away from NSFW.

If you’ve played Episode Shadow of Sonic Forces, you’ll understand that this is really just another day for Shadow.
