At least here, their head size are even. In the original EQG style, Twily’s and Celestia’s heads looked wider than Cadance’s. It made me wonder if Cadance’s head shrunk as she got older. It’s noticable when Cadance and Twilight discuss transferring to Canterlot and when the three mock Cinch’s plan to report to the school board.
