It’s not just from Amateratsu as we’ve seen them bleed from other moves, Susanoo and Kamui makes them bleed too.
Because crying blood is edgy!
My headcanon was always sharingan just because it can instill fear and control others with it’s powers just like her stare.

What specific eye would befit Fluttershy? Sharingan, Byakugan, or Rinnegan?
When you cast Amaterasu (basically it’s a move in Naruto that produces inextinguishable flames) the strain it places on the eye, retina, optic nerve causes the surrounding blood vessels to rupture and thus, profuse bleeding from the eye.
