So I’ve done full bios for Big Mac and Coloratura’s two other kids
 
 
But they have 7 kids in total.
 
Tbh, Red Baroness is the only one who’s known by most of Ponyville and Maestro is a chef who lives off the farm. HOWEVER, here are the other 5.  
I drew them out of order but below I’ve listed all of them from oldest to youngest:
 
Red Baroness  
Red, Queen B., The Baroness of Whiskey  
Family: Coloratura [meema], Big Mac [peepa]  
voice: Sounds like Nicki Minaj but more intenseSpecial talents: Making apple based liquor [signature being her Flame Apple Cinnamon Whiskey], running and being overall supremely intense
 
Despite her large frame and imposing fiery streaked mane, Red Baroness is extremely good at running and sneaking. Her favorite hobby is appearing out of thin air and disappearing just as quick.  
Unlike her father, Red is bombastic and not the easiest person to get along with. She’s very good with family but she is a bit of a bully, especially with meek personalities. However, once she’s decided you’re alright she will take a bullet for you.
 
Her history of bullying, however, has improved since her younger years but her rough persona has done a bit more damage to some, far surpassing her original intent. She used to mercilessly bully Stellar Rays with her two friends Merrilee and Windy Loo.  
If she knew how much it had actually hurt Stellar she’d beat herself up as she genuinely loves him now and thinks he’s a pretty cool dude. Unlike her friends, Red bullied him because she had a crush on him but was insecure about herself and thought he’d never like her back…
 
Whatever the case, Red is a difficult freight-train of a mare but a devoted Apple farmer
 
Snow Crispin  
Snowy, Snowfall, Snowpea  
Family: Coloratura [mom], Big Mac [pom]  
voice: Sounds like Big Mac Special talents: Caring for the farm in the Winter
 
Because he was born with a huge fluffy coat, Snowy isn’t very good in warm climates BUT is very rarely cold.  
He doesn’t talk a lot and his voice is often mistaken for his father. Snowy likes to knit and disappear into the quietest parts of the orchard. He’s very close with his cousin Arkansas Black and the two used to get into all kinds of trouble as kids.
 
Cortland  
Cortie, Redneck  
Family: Coloratura [ma], Big Mac [pa]  
voice: He sounds like David BlaineSpecial talents: Working with farm animals
 
Cortland is teased by people for acting like a redneck stereotype.  
He’s ignorant but opinionated, does not fit in with high society and uses a generous dash of profanity in his sentences.  
That being said, he is a nice pony. He loves nature and animals often helping Fluttershy out with sick animals. As a kid, he used to find injured or abandoned animals and bring them home without telling anyone.
 
Maestro  
M, Chef, Pear-Bear [his sister]  
Family: Coloratura [Mum], Big Mac [Dad]  
Voice: Light and friendly  
Special Talents: Cooking, baking, barking orders and farming pears
 
Maestro is the masterchef son of Coloratura and Big Mac.  
He’s trained in culinary schools for years in Trottingham under the strict supervision of Gustave Le Grand and learned how to be disciplined and skilled in the culinary arts.
 
His favorite recipes are Champignon De Bourguignon, Griffish Mountain Bread, and Belle Helene
 
He currently owns a 3 Gourmand Star restaurant called Pera Perfetta in Ponyville which attracts even the snobbiest of the Canterlot elite. At the end of every shift, Maestro personally carts the leftovers of the days’ service to the Homeless Shelter as to not waste anything!
 
Forelle Vert  
Elle, Vee, Dancy-Pants  
Family: Coloratura [Mommy], Big Mac [Daddy]  
Voice: High pitched and airy  
Special Talents: Growing pears
 
When you imagine the term TLC [Tender Loving Care] please think about Forelle Vert and her pears.  
Forelle is so focused on her craft of growing pears that she’s built a small cabin in her section of the farm so she can tend to her crop day and night.  
She’s a pretty little thing too and has numerous stallions begging for her attention. She ignores them all but they keep trying to win her affections. Red Baroness is very jealous of Forelle since her crush Stellar Rays had a crush on her and not Red. The two even got intimate but ultimately, Forelle chose her pears.
 
Jester Joke  
Jess, Nitwit, The Plague  
Family: Coloratura [Mother], Big Mac [Dather]  
Voice: Loud and obnoxious. He sounds like an old-timey announcer  
Special Talents: Pulling pranks and fireworks
 
Jess is the most annoying Apple child of the bunch and he divides his annoying energy amongst the residents of Ponyville equally. Vandalism, pitfall traps and all around tomfoolery are to be expected when he’s around. Once on Nightmare Night he filled all the fog machines with Poison Joke powder which nearly got him killed by an angry mob.  
He’s a nuisance but does still help out on the farm.
 
Florina  
Florina Bo-Bina, Flora, Bina  
Family: Coloratura [Mum], Big Mac [Dad]  
Voice: She sounds like a Valley Girl  
Special Talents: Mane stylist
 
Florina LOVES colours and absolutely adores messing with people’s hair!  
She always seemed to avoid her farm work by disappearing into town to spend time with her friends and braid ponies’s hair.  
One day the town mane stylist saw her work in a talent show and decided to take her under his wing when he was blown away by her technique.
