This is not the polearm-type of billhook that was used in medieval warfare. This is a typical forestry billhook tool.
Despite sharing the name and general shape, I consider them separate implements.
Historically the billhook was used extensively as a weapon. But it’s origins are as a agricultural tool.

Well, jizz does have a PH of 7.1 - 8 under normal circumstances, which means it’s not acidic and can be SLIGHTLY alkaline. Meanwhile, vaginal fluid has a PH of 3.8 - 4.5 under normal circumstances, making it moderately acidic.
This chart gives a very good point of reference as to what these numbers really mean. You could, hypothetically speaking, use vagina fluid to clean off grease due to it’s acidic properties, but not with semen.
It’s been on E621 for a while now. I was only just looking for it on Derpi a day before it was posted, oddly enough.
