Actually, no. Before this shot, she was shown being surprised and disapproving that the Wonderbolts were carrying him.
That´s assuming she was injured in the first place.

That’s assuming Lightning has made a full recovery between the events of The Washouts and this episode; just because you’re an athlete/daredevil doesn’t mean your body’s made of Adamantium.
Not that Dusty would ever let a lying slacker like him join her amazing Washouts.
Sludge will have to fake his injuries in order to get his straw.
Sludge might consider it too. Not because he’s even remotely a daredevil, but because he’s so lazy that the prospect of being in a full body cast drinking through a straw is probably his idea of good times.
Wow, not only do the Wonderdolts suck at saving lives, they also suck at building muscles too (Y’know, something that every soldier should be able to do).
