Because clearly we’re coming out of the golden age of cartoons and now everything from now on will be garbage clearly illustrated by this, not at all jaundice, image. Furthermore, this is also clearly a completely unique problem to our generation that the older generations have no frame of reference for or had to deal with as they got older and animation styles change! (Angrily shakes fist and yells at the sky)

What is with some people and their need to post such worthless and pointless stuff like this is?

You do know that Steven Universe was created by a New Yorker and The Amazing World of Gumball is a British show, right? Just call these art styles shit instead of affiliating them with the college.

I’ve heard good things about Gravity Falls, Star Vs The Forces of Evil and The Amazing World of Gumball so you might like them.

I haven’t seen any of those shows. Outside of Steven Universe, which I have no interest at all in, are any of them worth a look?

Dipper is horribly off model and if you think Gumball has a similar animation style to anything at all you clearly haven’t watched Gumball.

Poor Sonata, she’s a dying breed. A 2000s-style Flash ’toon soon to be rendered obsolete by CalArts CyberCorp created by the Illuminati in 20XX, to combat the Flash resistance. Alas, all that is left of it in 20XX is an alliance of ponies and EqG humans, fighting a losing war as the TOONBOOM mega-computer goes online and sets prime directive DELETE to all Flash ’toons still hardwired to the ’net.
 
Enter Sonata! A new hero, to avenge the deletion of her fellow Dazzlings Adagio and Aria, as they and the entire Equestrian people, both pony and human, have been scheduled for deletion by TOONBOOM for not having diverse enough body types and for having only two genders. Augmented with magical cybernetics and NANOMACHINES, SIS, she takes the fight to the SJW top brass in a last-ditch battle to bring down the megacorp and its supercomputer, and free all remaining Flash ’toons before they are all wiped out.
