That’s when they’re alive. When they’re drawing, it depends on drawing style, not on age. You want cute Granny Smith, you draw cute Granny Smith.

Cute is generally applied to young of a species only. Celly and Luna are more pretty, or beautiful, I’d say. :D
“Too old to be cute”? What about Celestia and/or Luna? They’re, like, what, at least a thousand years old? Are you saying they’re not cute?
