The image is on deviantart.net, the artist is xanikrawlerlazarx and the image’s name is Derpy doesn’t give a shiz. Go to https://xanikrawlerlazarx.deviantart.com and start browsing the gallery (or use the search feature) and you’ll find the image soon.
 
Not all places give you that much information, but DA does, so finding the original image isn’t usually very hard. Sometimes a direct link works even if the image has been “removed” or just hidden.
 
I don’t know where you get the images with the camo URLs, but next time you see something like that, try to decode it yourself. It works.

OP, I cannot comprehend why you use such source URLs. This isn’t the first time you’ve done this. Why don’t you just put in the actual source instead of hiding it behind Derpi’s camo service?
