Looks like you need to adjust the hardness settings on that brush. It’s definitely too soft, makes the picture look like it was drawn on a damp napkin or something.  
The anatomy of that pony is pretty spot on for a first time drawing.

the first time i drew a pony was on a test in school … i didn’t know the answer so i drew pinkie pie shrugging … i think i uploaded it to ponibooru but i don’t think i still have the picture
