Well, I’m from Brazil and I never heard people saying ‘asqueroso’, ‘nojento’ or even ‘repugnante’ has a different meaning from each other, it’s just a matter of colloquiality, really. These are spoken and means the same thing in Portuguese.
Yeah, but I’m pretty sure “Absolutely disgusting” is not translated the same way in Portuguese.
And no, Google Translate doesn’t count, it just translates the word by themselves with no context.
