Christian Church (if the Pastor actually knows the Bible and adheres to it) has a thing against discriminating people based on whether clothing is shabby or very fancy, but that’s not quite the same thing. I get the feeling that the Goth look might be wondered about or questioned, but that’s it.
Though I’m going to guess that if someone would be planting flowers while dressed as a stripper, that’s going to be a big “no.” But that’s also for public in general - somewhat similarly, I’ve never seen a woman walking in a grocery store while she’s wearing nothing but boxers, and duct tape on her nipples.

yeah, but that doesn’t mean they’re gonna go out and do horrific things. they just don’t find it particularly upsetting when the severed limbs of children go hurling by. the logical conclusion to nihilism is do whatever you want, and it doesn’t matter.

Because the logic of “everything is meaningless” and “nothing matters” when taken to its absolute conclusion you wind up with someone who could shrug off anything no matter how horrific because “in the end it doesn’t matter”, hypernihilism

Instead of sulking about how meaningless our lives are why not do something productive and go out there and murder some innocent strangers, after all if our lives are so “meaningless” then there’s absolutely nothing wrong with || dismembering children while electricuting them||, that’s basically what that logic leads to if you take to its conclusion

I keep forgetting that Inky Rose kinda looks like Pony Wednesday Addams
 
She’s not the only one. Goths generally have always looked like punk mimes + the Addams Family to me. I know this is not the place for the discussion, and I know I can’t criticize other people’s fashion preferences, but the look has always looked silly to me. Putting it on adorable cartoon ponies is bringing it full circle, I suppose.
