I don’t think that’s him, it’s nowhere near as bulky, this guy was meant to have a definite bigger role but was ultimately cut.
it’s the same thing with Poundland in the UK.
In fact one of the Poundland in my area is cool to Poundland and more but it doesn’t feel much different to any other store in the area

I had meant the one in the picture in particular since they sell him :P
Other than that, there is plenty of those stores around me here in NJ.
The 99 Cents Store is mostly common in Southern California, however I’ve heard of other states having few of them

I imagine the reason they are not sued to hell and back for false advertising is that its the name of the store rather then any claim they make… Still shitty.
True, haha.
Really ought to remove that “only” if they want to sell things for much more than 99¢.
Probably to get more customers I guess.
The only true dollar stores is Dollar Tree.
Because I ended up paying a little over $11 for each one haha.
I really liked the GOH series and was so excited for it. but it looks like it failed hard, given how there’s no more toys announced for it and this kind of stuff is going on.
