I’ll go ahead and give you some constructive criticism just so you don’t feel like people are hating on your image for no good reason. Your style isn’t terrible I’ll say first, certainly some good starting grounds to work from but generally these days it’s considered a bad oc choice to mix black and red primaries, or black and rainbow, or too much rainbow.
 
This one has all of that. Black primary, red mane stripe, rainbows everywhere it’s a jumble that assaults the eyes too heavily and turning it down a bit would do the image some good. Instead of black and red, something like grey and maroon would look better, and the glowing rainbows should certainly be turned down quite a bit. Instead of just trying to rainbow the entire wings, spend some time developing the primary and secondary feathers, maybe giving a hint to color on the tips of said feathers if you really want that extra color splash.
 
Then we get to alicorn OCs, there are multiple videos on Youtube about why they’re over done and how they’ve become bad taste just due to that fact. Some OC alicorns can be really good and can stand out, but most of them just become a “Mary Sue” or “Another alicorn OC”. Get creative, it’s your OC, have fun with it and don’t be restricted to one idea! Instead of an alicorn, how about a pegasus who can control certain magics with her wings, or a unicorn who can fly with astral wings created from her magic ability. Or just stick to one of the races and build on her special skills that would make the crowd see her as “The Princess of Raves” without her actually having to be a princess or an alicorn.
 
Based on your DA you certainly have an idea on pony art, and I hope you stick with it and continue to try to improve like a good artist should. You can take or leave this suggestion or maybe I missed the joke and this is actually just a meme pony or something. But if not I hope that I’ve helped a bit.
