I’ve had cancer. It’s definitely something to be made fun of because what else are you going to do with it? Give up in despair? The thing with crossing the line twice is that everyone’s line is in a different place and even for the same person the line may be in different places for different topics. So with the same exact thing, for some people you don’t cross it once, some you don’t quite cross it twice, some you go around three or four times. It’s funny for the people it’s meant for. Personally I like Flash. He’s a much better character than I expected before the movie. But the meme of hating him is funny because of that. So mixing cancer and Flash crosses the line twice for me.

I’m not such a fan of dark or gory stuff. Like, maybe dramatic or worrying/tense moments, but not dark stuff.

I’m a fan of dark comedy actually. Heck you could activate grimdark tag and see some pics of mine, some of them are plain but in my opinion well made pics and then there’s dark comedy territories.
 
However, there’s things that are darkly funny and then there’s things that are plain mean.

Still, cancer is not something to make fun of. If this is a joke, it’s basically crossing the line.

It’s one of the two most survivable solid tumors, really as long as it’s treated you’re going to live. Downside is it’s treated surgically by a total orchiectomy, often bilateral (or if not, they often get the other one later when it also gets cancer).

This is completely true. However, it’s more applicable to prostate cancer in males, and it seems to be frequency of orgasm rather than intercourse that’s relevant. So if Flash pummels the munchkin while thinking of any boy or girl in the school a couple times a day, his prostate will be fine.
