Going on the artist’s comments in each of these images, Felicity is and always was a crossdressing Flash, not a genderswapped one (and DEFINITELY not an OC who just happens to have Flash’s exact color scheme and CM. :p )
 
You can find ‘em as easily as I did, at the source in each of these images. One of them, on the first image, is the artist answering “crossdress” when asked if it’s crossdress or TG.

It’s a bit confusing though, there’s a couple of OC’s under this name and it seems they have little relation to one another.

I saw those on deviantART, but the base dA posts gave little to no indication it was actually crossdressing. twilite’s not usually one to make novel-like descriptions.

Waiwait. Are those tags assuming, or..? ‘cause if they’re spot on, that’s a huge plot twist. I legit thought this was a R63 Flash, but if it’s actually crossdressing, then I understand it a lot more. Especially the very un-flashy name.
