@Dustcan
Metal as that sounds, it is also a bit of canon that almost EVERY fanfic writer ignores unless they are explicitly writing about it. Even the good writers. Why? Because Game of Changelings settings are FAR too fertile narrative grounds.
@Esteban
It’s hard to create an open, virtual environment without attracting trolls and doofs dedicated to disrupting serious interaction. Case in point: Second Life.
Has anyone been into Second Life lately? Last time I was there was 4 years ago. I’m pretty sure it’s one giant slum now populated by griefer cubes and giant animal… parts.
@Meanlucario
They should create a VR chat game that act as a simulator of a room with a table or even better, that allow game master change the surrunding to match the fantasy elemnts as well as change background music to fit a fight or adventure music
Players could be able to even use pony avatars while playing.
@Meanlucario @Nightweaver20xx
Sounds like fun to me. Minus the drinking. I don’t care for alcohol too much (but junk food’s could be a good substitute for that).
@mjangelvortex
It’s just writing a character on a sheet of paper, and rolling dice to see if you succeed or fail. It’s called “Pen and Paper” for a reason.
@Meanlucario @Dustcan
I had a feeling. I’m not all too familiar with DnD style games but one of my friends loves them. Games like these seem like a great way for newcomers to understand the basics for these types of games.
@Esteban
It could still be good for beginners for this type of game. If it’s basic, it should be easy to follow. (Or am I completely off base here with that assumption?)
Chrysalis is wonderous, she wanders with us.
Chrysalis is power, a most vicious flower.
Chrysalis is protection, she feeds on affection.
Chrysalis is fear.
Chrysalis. Is. Fear.
Now I’m imagining Chrysalis as Ungoliant.

Im sure there must be some way to only let chosen people to appear on your own server

Yeah, we need something like that mixed with VRchat but without any Uganda Knuckles
This is the closest we have now.

Either way, pen-and-paper table-top games can be a lot of fun if everyone knows what they’re doing.
You could be right. I thought he was talking about casual drinking among friends while playing the game.
I haven’t drank a drop of alcohol yet, so I’m assuming that he means your character drinking at a tavern.

Yeah, it’s like gambling, only with awkward, forced conversations and slightly more drinking.

It’s basically “Beginner’s first DnD. The pony edition”. So yeah.
I’ve heard that Star Wars D6 is also basic, but also great. Simple is good and are open to opportunity.

That’s some Cthulu or at the very least LotR stuff right there.
That’s a pretty good poem.

Chrysalis. Is. Fear.
Ya know, I think they should do something with this in the show.
