Once and long time ago on one baby swimming pool , it was possible move with some parts or disable them.

I think there is one way to add adjustable parts to inflatable toys.
Often times I see utility inflatables that have moving and spinnable that are attached as separate chambers to bearings made from similar materials as handles on inflatable toys are made with.

Toys ala “flying” rainbow dash are suited for people what really enjoy ridding on toys.
I like standing toys (they are moore majestic) ,and i have them just as deco ( they haven’t any cupholder )

It’s kind tiring that everyone seems to go for the standing position, when they could make them more pool worthy by having them made in leaning position instead.
