Description

“The silk won’t hurt you if listen to what it says. The silk will not judge but you must obey what it tells you. If you treat the silk like a partner the will do the same in return. The silk will comfort you if you acknowledge your limitations, or it will hurt you if you’re not honest with yourself. I love the silk.”

Silk Cords.

Another member of Luna’s Night Court and one of the members of her inner circle in my Equestria dreamscape. This is the unicorn mare Silk Cords. Along with Straight Laced
, Nightfall
, and Midnight Oil they make up Luna’s closest Mares-In-Waiting. They along with Applebloom
are among some of her closest confidants.

It should come at no surprise that Silk Cords is an expert at using and manipulating silk for a variety uses. One of her areas of expertise is in performing aerial silk acrobatics
so on evenings when she has no other duties she’ll often be found suspended above the floor of the court practicing her trade and conversing with the silk. However Silk Cord is also an expert at restraining assailants, both in the court or out in the field. In fact her and Straight Laced often work as a team to bring in suspects relatively unharmed. Unlike what happens when you send the team of Applebloom and Nightfall.
