A third ridiculous idea I came up with, in which “phoenixes” make me think of “KFC” (fire-birds) or “chickens”. Cockadoodle-doo!
Here, Philomena flies up to perch at a fence at every morning, to crow for the rising sun, no matter how late she can be. In spite of her Autotuned singing, it had become so frequent, that a horse and Philomena’s owner (Miss Sunset) got irritated by her incessant crowing.

If i had your imagination…
It says “Philomena is a hen”, because of the joke about Philomena crowing like a rooster from associating pheonixes with KFC (both burned in some way).
