Since Celestia is a party animal (if the Gala ep are any indication), she would only do this on a crush she’s shy around, and even than, she’s too familiar with Twi to act this way.
Context is important- I’m picturing it with her speaking the line in the uploader description.
How? She was nervous about Twi leaving, not nervous around here.
If anything ever since Celestial Advice it’s more fitting for her character.
