Yeah, those are radar antennas to detect enemies.

At first I thought they were wipers, then looked a little closer and thought antenna arrays. Then looked closer still and then had no idea.

Good picture, and I like the reflected light from the water detail. But the doodads around the eyes (which I assume is a feature on the actual plane) look a little odd here.
