Cute n' confused
Honestly, it’s fascinating to see the joint placement in Tempest’s hind legs. I’ve always drawn my ponies with the knee placed much higher. It may make a huge difference in my struggle with hindquarters.

I imagine Capper’s so skinny because of a combination of height (Even for an anthro cat he seems to be pretty exceptionally tall) and poverty. He probably is underfed.

And, come to think of it, Capper is proportionate all around. A cat’s legs aren’t bulky, but they do have some muscle and shape. And, to be honest, I don’t mind if he’s skinny because the first moment I saw him, I thought “OMG, this guy is coolest-looking character in the show. Commander Tempest Shadow is badass too, but this suave con artist cat has it all: street know-how, charm, coolness, swag, good looks and quick thinking :D
