I counted the ship blowing up as the death fake out.  
I also almost have a bingo on the top-right/bottom-left diagonal, if I knew what a shoo be doo was.  
Close second is the second row, but I don’t remember any you know for kids and spike vs grubber moments.
 
EDIT: Yeah, I think I’ll count that parts falling off as you know for kids.

worfing IIRC is showing that a character is more powerful than an established strong character(s), and by that definition Celestia and Luna seem to have a track record of being worfed (see: A Canterlot Wedding pt.2 (well, Celestia), Princess Twilight Sparkle, To Where And Back Again)

Also, character deaths to me have always felt really out-of-place and tonally weird in MLP, unlike in, say, a Disney movie.

I think Tempest redemption is very likely considering her backstory.
 
I really hope the Storm King doesn’t die because he seems like such a fun villain so far. If he does then it’ll be because of his own hubris, so none of the protags are directly implicated in straight-up killing a guy.
