Interesting, i’ve also made a fallout equestria crossover with warhammer 40k, but it’s going to become part of a greater story when i make more fanfics, i’m trying to start out feeling like your normal fallout equestria, but then  
slowly transforming it into warhammer 40k. i’ve used fallout equestria races for each of the warhammer races

a quick warning, this was my first fanfic, and the quality starts off kinda bad, but as the story progresses it gets much better
 
The few surviving remnants of ponykind and the main characters from the original fallout equestria become the imperium.
 
The remnants of the unity become chaos.
 
The raiders become the orks.
 
Red eye’s army is forced out of equestria and sails off to some far away island that becomes commorragh.
 
The zebras become the eldar.
 
The canterlot ghouls weaponize the pink cloud and graft plates of armor to their bodies to become the necrons.
 
And the remnants of the enclave become the tau.
 
The original fallout equestria characeters become the high lords of terra:
 
Littlepip = Militia Corps (Imperial Guard), Arbiters (Adeptus Astartes/Adepta Sororitas).  
Velevet = Ordo Pacem (Ecclesiarchy), Ordo Administrandae (Adeptus Administratum).  
Calamity = Mechanicum (Adeptus Mechanicus), Ordo Iustitia (Adeptus Arbites).  
Homage = Inquisition (Inquisition), Ordo magicae (Adeptus Astra Telepathica).  
Xenith = Officio Assassinorum (Officio Assassinorum).
 
I’m currently on a hiatus because i want to add fallout equestria project horizons characters to the story, but i need to read at least some horizons to get an idea of the characters.

Some time ago I did try to tackle a Warhammer 40k Pony setting ala. Fallout Equestria. Most of it remains in my head, mainly because I got part-way through before my brain asked me what I was doing and couldn’t find a good answer for it.

non primarchs: celestia = emperor, derpy = saint celestine, sweetie belle = malcador, flash sentry = captain general of the custodes, shining armor = ciaphas cain
 
primarchs: lion el’jonson = octavia, fulgrim = rarity, perturabo = big mac, jaghatai khan = rainbow dash, leman russ = pinkamena, dorn = applejack, konrad = starlight, sanguinius = fluttershy, ferrus manus = limestone pie, angron = lightning dust, guilliman = twilight, mortarion = bon bon (because i was running out of ponies i know), magnus (best primarch) = moondancer, horus = luna, lorgar = lyra ( again, because i was running out of ponies i knew of), vulkan = sunset, corvus corax = maud pie, and alpharius omegon = apple bloom and babs seed.
 
as for races: griffons = orks, reformed changelings (changedlings) = eldar, non-reformed changelings = tyranids, crystal ponies = tau, and windigos = necrons.

At the risk of starting an argument, I always saw Cadance as more fitting a position for Sanguinius.
 
Then again, I’m also the guy that thinks Luna should be Malcador (Because everyone keeps forgetting Malcador whenever we do these things)

fluttershy is more fitting as sanguinius, and celestia the emperor

I still preffer the Fausticorn as the Emperor, Celestia as Sanguinius and Luna as Horus.
