Yes, but not straight after eating. You should give your body about two hours after a meal before heavy exercise, and never eat while you’re exercising.
 
On the other hand, you are right. You should at least go for a long walk each day to keep your gut working and healthy.

The pony digestive system is a continuing mystery to scholars, but appears to function almost entirely on a diet of processed sugars. Give Starlight has rarely been seen chowing down on cupcakes like they’re a basic food group, she’s likely rocking a normal human digestive system.
 
…which requires sitting down and chewing your food properly! And liquids other than coffee! And proper time to digest before exercise!
