The End wasn't The End - Found a new home after the great exodus of 2012

Yeah, I was referring to the MD games. I didn’t think someone would confuse that to the Darkrai movie.
Yeah, MD Darkrai fooled Palkia. Sending Palkia to kill the player was a backup plan after his original plan to convince the player and partner to commit suicide to save the world failed.
Yes, the topic of suicide came up in an E-rated game, in which the protagonists are implied to be children. I’m not making this up.

I just looked it up, Palkia was tricked into thinking it was the protagonist and partner, didn’t know it was Darkrai behind it.
Also you responded to an image of the movie Darkrai, so I thought you where going with how everyone thought Darkrai was evil in that.
So my confusion of your statement.

I don’t know much about the side games, but didn’t Palkia not know it was Darkrai?
That’s way I thought you meant the anime one.

@sixtyfour215
Yes, but up until that point, Darkrai was easily up there with Ghetsis and Cipher in terms of sheer vileness as a villain, and he wasn’t even human! Hell, he technically succeeded in his goal since he was the reason the future was as fucked up as it was.

In the movie, yes, but in the spinoff Mystery Dungeon, Darkrai was trying to take over the world and tricked Palkia into being his minion.
