You know, it’s never really stated what Sombra did during his reign. It was one of those “Bad shit happened, man; you don’t WANT to know” kind of things.
 
Watching Sombra lick his chops for a good five minutes now makes me think he was something like the lovechild of Countess Bathory and Caligula.

I found Sombra to be a bit disappointing in general, but some parts–like this expression–scared the hell out of me. Pretty good, but not exceptional for the whole “physical manifestation of hate and fear” thing.
