I’m in direct agreement; that is a dumb excuse. The lack of a palette just doesn’t work as a pony, and I highly doubt that a change in morality suddenly affects fur color now. I mean, seriously? If Tirek turns good, are they gonna make him just a dimmer shade of red?

The new colors more or less work when she’s a human, because her wardrobe still has vibrant colors in it, but as a pony the lack of saturation in her colors seems kind of weird.

I always wondered why Sunset feels…washed out, compared to her original appearance. I’m not complaining about a different design, it’s just that she feels far less vibrant than she normally does. Is it because of a lower budget or something?
