That we all gave it the moniquer “Bayformers” for a reason. It stops being Hasbro’s property the moment they let that hack get his grimmy finger prints all over it, giving him way too much creative control and just blindly putting all their faith in him to put out a product that is even remotely the product they have been put out for years. Instead we keep getting film after film that focuses on the wrong elements, where “Optimus Prime”, “Bumblebee”, “Megatron”, “Autobots” and “Decepticons” take a back seat to Explosions, Porn Quality Camera Shots, Confusing Action and most prominent of all Shallowly Writen Human Characters. In other words, a Michael Bay film. Where any mention of MLP is just as disposable as mentions of Beats, Oreo, Mountain Dew and the American Flag, why anyone would want acknowledgement of G4 MLP from this piece of crap film series let alone a trailer playing before it is beyond me.
 
Which reminds me, was the new Power Rangers movie really about Crispy Creams and nothing else whatsoever?

The report says the trailer will more likely come out next week with Despicable Me 3. It seems more likely because we got the teaser online days in advance, and Transformers 5 comes out tomorrow.

I was planning on going to see the movie anyway, so if they decide to debut a new trailer in front of it, awesome. Believe me, you could do way worse. *coughEmojiMoviecough*

Just wait until you get confirmation of whether the trailer’s playing in front of Transformers on Thursday or Friday night, then catch a matinee over the weekend and sneak out after the trailers are done. Or, y’know, download a HD version of the trailer and watch it at home.

It’s not like they’re part of the same cinematic universe.

A MICHAEL BAY FILM. Unless the My Little Pony movie spontaniously becomes another Ninja Turtles, Alvin & the Chipmunks, Battleship, Garfield, Baywatch, Suicide Squad or God help us another Smurfs just to cater to the mainstream audiences who don’t care about the source material, there will not be one second of the MLP trailer played before the Last Knight. Not a single second. This is not Hasbro, this is Michael Bay, this is Hollywood.
