Another OC commission I did on DeviantArt. This one took more back-and-forth between myself and the commissioner as we were coming up with a whole new look for their OC, Night Rain. He was pretty basic-looking to begin with, which wasn’t bad, but the commissioner wanted him to stand out more. this is what we came up with.

Thank you! Dusk Raven had the design more or less figured out, though I helped finalize some things, and of course did the poses. It may be my partiality toward blue, but I like his overall design myself :D

Hilariously, one of my other OCs is “a research pony with adventure vibe!” But not this one, Night Rain’s a simple writer-in-training… or at least, he was before his makeover. XD

Inevitably. Of course, I need to think of what kind of situations to put him in… I’m also writing a fanfic involving him, or trying to. Writing is easy, writing well is difficult and time-consuming.
Of course, I’m not the best at tagging so people may need to give those a once-over like with this one… I tend to pile on whichever I think are applicable but I don’t neccessarily know all the tags that will fit.
By the way, it annoys me that my choices for watermark tags are “obtrusive” and “barely visible” and I consider this between the two.
