You do know who we are talking about, right? You know who her 4thWB Bestie is right? That’s right, Deadpool. She can do a lot of the same things as him. Including reading the script and knowing what lies ahead. This joke was clearly showing us she could if she wanted to but chose not to in favor of the show.

But it’s pinkie, the whole not-canon “Equestria Girls movies are actually fake and they’re all actors on a set” blooper thing wouldn’t apply to her. Since she can break the 4th wall she’d know it’s a movie, it’d be as if she actually is just an actor playing the character of herself on a movie set, so the bloopers might as well be canon for her.

The more scenes like this happen, the more the whole “Pinkie regularly switches places with/hangs out with herself but tells nobody else” thing becomes disturbingly best headcanon.
 
It’d be a perfectly legit way to explain the second Pinkie at the Manehattan diner interview, too. And this.
