It’s unknown if Ukyo Kuonji canonically has siblings (sisters and brothers) and cousins on her (Ukyo Kuonji’s) own or she’s (Ukyo Kuonji’s) a true cousin-less only child through and through.

Sorry, I wasnt being particular, my apologies. Ranma 1/2’s original manga series ran from August 1987 to march 1996, with theie anime ran from April 1989 to September 1992. Inuyasha had its manga from November1996 to June 2008, with its anime ran originally from Oct. 2000 thru September 2004, followed by another one, Inuyasha:The Final Act from October2009 thru March 2010.

Probably the time where the two were created–Ranma 1/2 did show up in 1987, Inuyasha first appeared in 2000. Much had changed fro the 80s to the 2000s, and I would assume Takahashi’s style changed as the times changed. Just my opinion, though.

If only we’ve gotten to learn about Ukyo Kuonji’s own birth mother.
If only we’ve gotten to know about Sango’s own birth mother, too.

Oh how I truly wish Ukyo Kuonji’s own birth mother originally appeared in the manga version of Ranma 1/2 and the anime version of Ranma 1/2.
I especially wish Sango’s own birth mother originally appeared in canon flashbacks canonically.

Wow! I didn’t know the VA for Starlight Glimmer is the same as Ukyo from Ranma 1/2, and I honestly don’t know much about Inuyasha to know Sango is also one of Sheridan’s roles. still it’s news to me.

If you think about it, Starlight’s backstory might actually be a tribute to Ukyo. Childhood abandoning her as a child, devasting her. Seriously changing her lifes direction.
