Holy crap! Didn’t Maud mention something about rocks/crystals being able to contain lots of magic? Isn’t that what the crystal heart does? Store the magic of love of all the crystal ponies? Didn’t she also say that Starlight Glimmer could use one to control the whole world? Could the crystal hearts influence go past the boundaries of the crystal empire and eventually to the rest of the world?
Yeah, or it wouldn’t be any fun. :P
