First of all, Young Link should be replaced with Ganondorf. Why would you even replace Ganondorf with Young Link? I don’t see a single Fire Emblem character either, that needs to be rectified, at least put in Marth. I don’t see Zero or Snake getting in, but Zero’s not entirely impossible and the issue with Snake is more Konami thinks the game industry is dead outside mobile and all future video games will be mobile pachinko games (since Japan doesn’t like first-person shooters).

For the ponies, it seems okay, but if you want to make it look official, you’ll have to eliminate Diamond Tiara, Cloudchaser, Flitter, Derpy, Noteworthy, Neon Lights, Sunset Shimmer, Babs, Button Mash, Rumble, Silver Spoon, Caramel, Flash Sentry, Coloratura, Cheese Sandwich, and Pokey Pierce. (Derpy due to naming issues, Coloratura and Cheese Sandwich due to VA issues, Babs due to unknown legal issues, and the rest due to being mere background filler.) (Let me put it this way: If this was official, Strawberry Parchment would be more likely than Babs.)
