I didn’t know it was an acronym. I thought it was short for “baby” or “babe”. Then again I’m way behind on dating culture…
In this context is stands for Best Aunt Ever (see Season 7 Episode 3 A Flurry of Emotions) but in common parlance it usually stands for Before All Else and is usually used when referring to a significant other (I.E. saying someone is your “BAE” is saying that you put them before everything else in your life)
