Well, something about the knot makes it look like one of those knots that are locked in place - I think it’s how the bit comes out the side - on a noose or slipknot it comes out the top and has a second loop-thingy.
 
(and of course, when she pulled it, it didn’t tighten on her hoof, but just going off of the image out of context…)
 
So it can’t slide and make the loop bigger, and it’s way, way, way too small to fit over her enormous head, and too low to really work, anyways. So I think we’re safe :q
